Initial Services:

I offer a first consultation free of charge to support you in getting a sense of direction. You pay no fee for this 50 minute appointment, regardless of whether we continue to work together or not. The purpose of this appointment is to allow you to make an informed decision about allowing me to join your team in working towards your goals, and I will do what I can to refer you in a new direction if either of us decides I am not the best fit for you!

Mental health assessments - I have several years of experience in conducting mental health assessments, and can make a diagnosis when this is helpful for accessing insurance benefits or providing documentation for other purposes

Consultation around my areas of expertise is available to other mental health providers

Ongoing services:

I offer appointments that are 50 minutes in length, at a fee of $150.00

I offer a sliding scale to a portion of my clients who are experiencing financial hardship or cannot access services without accommodation, this must be requested and discussed prior to any services to which it would apply. This discount of up to 50% of the fee is available to a limited number of clients at a time.

Cash, check, credit cards, and HSA cards are accepted for payment

Check with your employee benefits to determine if you can use your HSA or FSA for mental health services

I can provide you with a super bill for full payment of your services for you to submit for possible reimbursement to your insurance provider
